approach that allows a greater number of rating variables to interact in a
multitude of ways.

driving record. The Quantum program is characterized by extremely competitive
pricing across it's tier structure.
Quantum Auto eligibility guidelines are broader and will accept
a greater number of incidents per household. In effect, the new model removes
pricing subsidies and applies a more accurate price to each risk.
