PROGRAM DESIGN
- Design the broadest coverage at the most reasonable cost with favorable terms and conditions by estimating premium levels and other factors affecting premiums
- Request modifi cation, and, on a continuing basis, review binders, policies and endorsements to verify compliance with specifi cations
- Compile underwriting information, analyze risk and exposure data, loss experience and provide detailed client narratives for each carrier
- Identify and meet with appropriate insurers to clearly defi ne the scope of the insurance program
- Draft and deliver insurance specifi cations to the market place, formulate a negotiating strategy and negotiate insurance program . Work closely with the underwriters, answering any questions and providing required data; recommend and place coverage
- Handle all placements, binders, policies and endorsements
- Provide Our Capabilities of policy terms and costs, review policies upon receipt to verity conformance to the specifi cations, and request and monitor required changes
- Review and validate carriers quotations to determine adherence to specifi cations
- Issue endorsements, insurance certifi cates, and report losses over the retention
- Review and validate the accuracy of invoice statements, billings, and any premium adjustments
