Primary Responsibility:
Direct, manage and supervise the daily operations of an Insurance Brokerage and Consulting firm that provides marketing of insurance programs, design, review, and placement of Insurance for commercial and personal clients. Develop, implement, and administer Risk Management Programs based on identified needs of client.

Responsible for providing sound decision making in the following areas: estimating and bid preparation, selection and termination of management and administrative personnel, supervision and operations, financial decisions, contract execution, project and office management, marketing/ sales, purchasing, accounting matters and all legal affairs.

OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
  • Responsible for the technical and administrative operations of the company
  • Develop and coordinate company Operating Plan
  • Determine Policies governing the application of company funds and usage of company facilities, equipment, personnel and other resources
  • Determine, authorize and/or execute contracts performed by the company
  • Negotiate and execute lease agreements on behalf of the company
  • Prepare pre-qualification applications to perform on contracts
  • Establish and implement company's Business Plan, which includes short and long-term goal and objectives

ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
  • Prepare and implement Organizational Plan for the company

  • Select and terminate administrative and management personnel
  • Determine the salary and wage structure implemented by the company
  • Establish professional relationships between the company and representatives of government, vendors, customers, associations and the public
  • Retain legal counsel of the company to handle its legal matters
  • Custodian of the corporate records and seal of the corporation
  • Maintain stock books of the company
  • Record minutes of the shareholders' and board of directors' meetings
  • Develop and implement marketing Plan
  • Develop and implement training program for all professional employees

FINANCE ACTIVITIES:

  • Establish, monitor and develop professional relationships with banks, bonding companies,
  • accountants, legal counsel, vendors and customers
  • Determine annual budget of company, which includes capital and expenditure components
  • Authorize expenditure of company funds
  • Responsible for the maintenance of books of account
  • Manage all funds and securities of the corporation
  • Review and approve financial statements of the company and auditor's report review and execute corporation income tax returns
  • Prepare and implement company's business Plan to ensure profitability of company
