The size of Lambent RMS allows us to specialize and offer personalized assistance to all clients where needed.
Our brokers are professionals whose careers and responsibilities focus on specific industries, insurance product lines, geographic areas, or technical support services. Each client has its own, dedicated team of specialists, headed by Account Executives and/or Account Managers assigned to that client.
We recognize that for some clients, the role of the broker is sometimes primarily transactional. We have therefore, segmented our operations and management structure into two categories.
Our Risk Management Practice is designed to provide the leading edge in risk consulting and related brokerage services for programs of major and highly complex concerns. For those clients, risk transfer represents only a part of their overall program needs.
Lambent RMS services performed by the Risk Management Practice range from the development of a sophisticated loss forecasts to development and consultation on alternative risk funding vehicles; which could range from captive insurance companies to finite risk.
Our Insurance Brokerage Practice is designed for clients whose major requirement is expert insurance transactional services with a comparatively lesser need for other technical support.
Lambent's Insurance Brokerage Practice focuses on the development of comprehensive insurance programs through the design, negotiation and placement of Insurance with commercial insurance companies. These services are appropriate for clients whose primary concern is the purchase of insurance rather than risk transfer or consulting. These clients tend not to have an insurance professional on staff and we in effect, act as their insurance department. We activate our network of industry and product line specialists on their behalf and focus our marketing leverage regionally to secure the best placements/coverage possible. If at anytime the need for risk management services should arise, professionals from our risk management practice can be called upon for support.
Recently Lambent has added a new service, Incoming Certificate Management, that is appropriate for all clients. This is a monitoring service and electronic record management of all insurance transactions including compliance, renewals, insurance standards, archives, etc. Clients also have access to Lambent's trained professionals for assistance with certificate management.
This service takes away the hassle of certificates of insurance requirements and needs. Our team of experts will manage storage, keep track of expirations and provide Excel spreadsheets for easy data management and viewing.
