Lambent RMS, Inc., was founded in April of 2000 by Shirley Evans-Wofford, to provide risk management solutions for all types of businesses throughout the U.S. We take pride in knowing that we manage our clients' insurance needs by placing the most comprehensive coverages at competitive premium prices that meet or exceed their expectations.

Ms. Evans has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, including Senior Vice President/Sales Professional at J&H/Marsh & McLennan and, prior to starting Lambent, President, Corbis Insurance Services, LLC. She directs, manages and supervises the daily operations of Lambent's insurance brokerage and consulting services. Ms. Evans has a proven track record of making sound management and administrative decisions for Fortune 500 clients in the areas of finance, marketing, purchasing, and contract review.

Her many areas of accomplishment include facilitation of comprehensive training programs for major U.S. construction companies and working with interns from China who praised Lambent for its thorough training and positive internship experience. Ms. Evans is particularly proud to be currently working on a training program for students entering the City Colleges of Chicago who are interested in insuarance and risk management.
